The stress of the pandemic, the multi-tasking nature of blending work and life as we moved to work-from-home. Meditation is more than breath. It’s paying attention to our own bodies and minds, and being ok with our jumping thoughts and wiggly legs. Love yourself and welcome the things that make you you.
